New Age Cybernetics (NAC) is the study of how environment, economy, and mind steer one another, and how a civilization can raise its floor deliberately instead of defending its ceiling by accident. Transparency is not a policy here — it is the method. Every claim is scored on the BEST / SOUND / GOOD ontology so that a reader can see what standing a statement is asserting before deciding whether to trust it. Where claims are adjudicated▾
A rising floor needs standing in law. The SCALULAR Engine is the scaling instrument that lets one principle hold from a household up to a treaty; the Hague instrument and the Borders analysis carry it into international venues, while Energy Law grounds it in a concrete regulatory domain.
